Pricing, simply.
- How do plan limits work?
- Each plan meters three things: contacts Moments watches, AI drafts per day, and seats. Starter covers 1,500 contacts and 3 drafts a day, Growth 7,500 and 6, Agency 30,000 and 15.
- What does the free Audit include?
- Audit imports up to 1,500 contacts and shows what your dormant relationships are worth. No credit card required. Upgrade when you want Moments to start drafting for you.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans cost ten months, so you get two months free: Starter is €490 a year, Growth €990 and Agency €2,490. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
- Can I change plans?
- Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the price. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Can I cancel and export my data?
- Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks, no calls, no friction. We're GDPR-compliant; you can export your data from account settings before or after cancelling.
- What about taxes?
- Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. EU customers see VAT added at checkout based on their country. Invoices and VAT receipts are available from your account.
